Specifications called for bronze and AQ 4340 steel, ideal for high stress parts. Primary operations consisted of CNC roughing, drilling, and broaching of the work pieces while maintaining a ±.0015″ tolerance on the outer diameter and a ±.002″ tolerance on the inner diameter and length. A deburring operation ensures that the finish is completely smooth and does not contain even the smallest defect.

As an ISO 9001 certified organization, we take quality seriously. Rigorous gage and dimensional inspections ensure customer specifications are met. Production runs for these roller retainer pockets range from 5 to 10,000 pieces per order.
